Early on in the ride, we went past this school sign; I think the motto was appropriate for our ride!
“Dams” like this are fairly common in arid areas. Used to collect and store rain when it falls, they’re dug by hand or with tractors.
Besides the Ngong Hills, these hills on the southern horizon were also quite stunning.
